"But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me."
Many times in my life, when I have looked in the mirror, all I saw was weak. I felt weak in my work, in my relationships, in the things I wanted to accomplish, in my faith. The thing about feelings is that we can acknowledge them and find truth in that, but it's true they are temporary and don't define the beauty in how God made you. If I only relied on my feelings, I would not see the grace or the power He gave in the times I saw weakness. He's the only one that got me through, so why wouldn't I want to rejoice and yell from the mountain tops the power He has for me and for you in times of weakness? And in weakness, His power brings us rest. Acknowledge the times His grace and power took over, not only the times you saw weakness, but in the times you also had doubt. Go tell somebody today.
